RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Returning your item(s) is a straight forward process.
You have the possibility to return unwanted items within 60 days of reception.

 

CREDITS & REFUNDS

 

Once your return is processed, a refundable credit note will be available on your Piccolini Boutique account.

You cas ask for a refund in your Picolini Boutique account, under "My credit notes"

 

You will be refunded by the same payment method as your original order. Please note it may take up to 10 days for the money to appear in your account.

 

This credit note is valid for 12 months and will automatically appear at check out. In order to take advantage of your credit note, when reviewing your order before processing your payment, you must tick the corresponding box.

 

IMPORTANT : For all countries outside the US customs charges cannot be refunded when processing your return. This is also true for those countries where customs charges were included in the final price.

 

EXCHANGE

 

Piccolini Boutique is unable to directly exchange an item at the time of processing your return. If you wish to exchange an item please can we ask that you request a credit note in the first instance and once processed place a new order on our site for the item you require (subject to availability).
